Traveled back in August. Great vibes. I don’t remember the persons name however I had a great conversation with the locals. Not from Montreal but again great old city vibes. Social IQ of the city and its people is high and was at display at this cafe. I had a cannoli and cafe latter. I was impressed. Bagel with shmear .
Very charming and nice owner and staff! We were looking for a place to grab a quick drink and planned to sit outside because we had bagels from St. viateur bagel. However, the owner warmly invited us to stay and was ok if we ate the bagels inside! He even gave us plates My husband got the decaf latte and it was so nice. Very cute decor and I can see he has long-time customers who love the place. There were portraits of the staffs on the wall by a customer which I thought was so wholesome.
I would travel to Montreal JUST to eat here. Had the best lox bagel I’ve ever had in my life my fiancee and I went back and ordered a second because it was that good. The local vibes are amazing, service was the best! Will be talking about this gem for a while I miss it already

Amazing spot. The coffee is one of the best I ever had and the salmon bagel was awesome incl. fresh st viateuer bagels! 10/10 can recommend.
First time at this cafe coffee was great had their chocolate chip cookie which was really good as well. Service was very friendly. Please note this place takes cash only they have an ATM if you need to get cash. Will definitely go back.

Great service and excellent coffee. They also have the sugar brioche which is exquisite. Sunny front outdoor seating in the morning is perfect for a coffee before starting the day. Also an excellent atmosphere to watch an important live sports game.
